Amazonia Churrascaria hosts a Kiwanis meeting

Amazonia Churrascaria was honored to receive the local service club on the occasion of its business dinner meeting. The Kiwanis Club of Palm Beach meets weekly to discuss its fund raising activities, and also occasionally dines at one of the island’s fine establishments taking the opportunity to leisurely unwind and be informed on subjects of interest to the community.

The bar room at Amazonia Churrascaria was perfectly laid out to accommodate the group of local business people whose guest speaker was Freddy Kelkboom, lecturing on Recycling in Aruba.

The meeting also finalized the upcoming Kiwanis Auction Night on November 20th, an elegant evening designed to raise funds for a number of projects among them the child car seat awareness campaign.

The friendly carvers and waiters delivered a parade of grilled meats, filled glasses, and attended to special requests, as the much enjoyed meeting which started with the National Anthem and the Kiwanis Invocation, travelled through the agenda and adjourned.
