Windows on Aruba debuted its la carte brunch last Sunday, and promised to repeat the pleasant experience every Sunday from now on, 11 a.m. till 2:30 p.m., for $39 per person which includes a culinary journey up and down the lovely menu as well as bottomless flutes of sparkling wine and mimosa.

 

The tasteful dishes, the beautiful view and the Eddy Samson Trio, band together to guarantee a most enjoyable afternoon.

 

The menu serves moderate portions of beautifully plated hot and cold appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts, thus allowing brunch-goers the freedom to sample as many dishes as their please.

 

The culinary brigade of Windows on Aruba features egg dishes as starters, tempting patrons with Eggs and Smoked Salmon, served with cooked ham, cheese & bacon and Eggs Benedict served on toasted muffins with ham and Hollandaise sauce.

 

An array of cold appetizers delights with Salmon Tartar and Wasabi, escorted by a seaweed salad, also presenting the innovative Smoked Duck and Feta Cheese, paired with a port tamarind sauce. Try the Tuna Tataki & Sushi combination topped with a Curry Sauce, allowing your taste buds a surprising experience.

 

Soup lovers will be rewarded with the Creamy Tomato and Basil or the heartier Potato and Truffle soup.

 

In the hot appetizer section Pork Tenderloin is combined with Sweet and Spicy Italian Sausage, and Grilled Scallops are paired with Snails over French toast tips in lobster sauce.

 

When the time for main course arrives, patrons may consider Crab Stuffed Grouper and Salmon; Red Snapper and Paella; Grilled Striploin and Mushrooms or Tenderloin and Tomato, with many interesting, savory sides. Pasta fanatics will rejoice in the Spinach Ravioli and Parmesan on a bed of rucola, with pine nuts, walnuts and shaved Parmesan cheese, which is out of this world.

 

Desserts are always taken seriously at Windows on Aruba featuring Crêpes Suzette with a warm orange cointreau sauce and vanilla ice cream or the classic signature Divi dessert already famous, the Chocolate and Mint Trio with mint ice cream, or Lime Cheese Cake and Fruit with vanilla sabayon.
