Druif Beach – Windows on Aruba overlooking the golf course at Divi Links continues to offer its exciting Business Lunch menu, to lovers of fine food, with an elegant champagne brunch on Sunday. The menu is designed with the pressed-for-time business people or vacationers in mind, offering a delicious menu selection, which guarantees culinary satisfaction and time economy. At Windows on Aruba power-lunch-goers and vacationers with a let’s-do-it-all agenda may enjoy an excellent three-course meal in less than an hour, in a nicely air-conditioned, elegant dining room.
Executive Chef Paul Zijlstra reports that the ever- changing menu, at $37.50 per person, delivers a gratifying culinary experience Monday thru Friday from 12 noon to 2:30pm. The restaurant serves an award winning menu for dinner nightly from 6pm to 11pm.
In addition to the lunch menu selections, chef Zijlstra is famous for his seasonal dishes and creative specials, inspired by food trends and availability of fresh market ingredients.
This week’s offerings for example, lists Cobia Fillet, a generous serving of black salmon, served with saffron risotto, white wine dill sauce, baby carrots and pock soy. Also a delicately sautéed Dover Sole, served with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and lemon butter, and an exceptional Cowboy Steak, a bone-in rib eye steak, 18oz of juicy and tender prime beef, served with a red wine and cocktail onions sauce with roasted garlic, over mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Sunday Brunch continues to be a hit, with an endless a la carte menu of traditional and not-so-traditional brunch specialties served over Champagne and mimosa. The club house offers ample parking, allowing patrons to arrive in style, then catch the elevator to the second floor, sit back & relax!
