Invitees, all top meeting planners from North American with the ability to book group business into Aruba, experienced the island’s resorts and the special attractions as well as the different amenities and services Aruba can offer, from December 9th to 13th.
The Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa showcased its gorgeous resort and the culinary fireworks of the Sunset Grille Restaurant, during a much-enjoyed afternoon, also attended by the resort management team.
At the end of a property inspection the dignitaries were served a sumptuous lunch starting with Gazpacho Lobster Soup served in a Cactus Barrel, followed by the Sunset Grille Trio Entrée of Sea Bass with Whole Grain Mustard, Polenta and Green Sauce, Shrimp Stuffed with Lump Crab & Coconut Ginger Sauce with Tropical Fruit Relish on Sweet Potato Puree and Lamb Filet on Confit of Bermuda Onions with Rosemary Red Wine Sauce served with Asparagus. The meal concluded with Fromage on a bed of baby mixed greens chase by unforgettable Chocolate Decadence.
