The Blue Lobster Restaurant is proud of its TripAdvisor Award of Excellence

In business for just eight months The Blue Lobster has just been recognized as one of the best restaurants on the island, as it was awarded a Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor, one of the world’s largest travel sites.

The  continuous efforts made by the restaurant crew and the  consistency in preparing and presenting  exceptionally high-quality dishes combined with professional and personalized service to earn The Blue Lobster its first international recognition.

The TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence honors top-rated lodging businesses, restaurants and attractions, as reviewed by travelers on the world’s largest travel site. To qualify, these businesses must maintain an average rating of four or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on the site. Additional criteria include volume of reviews and how recently they have been submitted by TripAdvisor travelers. The accolade is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.

In turn, the Blue Lobster Restaurant would like to thank all those wonderful clients who commented and rated the restaurant on line, and made it possible for the Blue Lobster to achieve this important mile stone, having served just over 29,000 patrons, says co-owner German Castano.

A word of thanks also goes to the Blue Lobster staff especially to Executive Chef and restaurant partner Sandro Herold, for his leadership and creativity and to Service Supervisor Haidy Schippers, who also maintain excellence as a core value for customer service.

Having obtained the certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor, the Blue Lobster has achieved its objective, namely to become a recognized top-rated establishment, maintaining and growing its market share of customer on the island.

What’s next? Climbing up even higher in TripAdvisor’s rating system, thanks to the continuous innovation and ongoing staff training.  In fact the Executive chef, the company CEO and the Service Supervisor are currently attending a Management Leadership Conference conducted by Raymond Maduro, a well-recognized business leader here.

Additionally, in just a few days, the entire staff is scheduled to attend the Aruba Certification Course, enhancing their knowledge of the island as a tourist destination and reinforcing their commitment to the service industry.

Diners visiting the Blue Lobster restaurant will find an expanded gourmet Creole section on the menu, in addition to tapas, international dishes and signature lobster dishes, over 25 lobster preparations to choose from.
