Aruba Teachers’ Union, SIMAR, enjoyed Aqua Power sessions at Aqua Windie’s. More than thirty teachers spent an evening of exercise and relaxation at the swim center when they convened for a ‘test ride’ of the hydro cycles under the guidance of fitness instructor Roy, followed by a taste of Windie’s aerobic training with dumb bells, in the facility’s half Olympic size pool.
Pictured here, the wet and wild fun experience combining exercise, and recreation, as captured by Rene Oude Avenhuis, Windie’s husband. For more information check out Aqua Windie’s, on Dr. Horacio E.
