Silpada Designs Canada, specializing in fine Sterling jewelry, booked a five day incentive trip to Aruba, visiting the island and the Renaissance Aruba Resort the 3rd time in a row, since 2007. The VIP group members enjoyed a full schedule of island activities, and a Carnival themed Farewell Banquet on Renaissance Private Island. The group took over the island in its entirety, savoring an interactive dinner buffet served at the edge of the water, with Edrien Arends, Director of Event Management, as the leader of the organizational team.
As the premier direct seller of unique, handcrafted sterling silver jewelry in the United States, Silpada Designs has been helping women look good and feel good since 1997. Originating in 1991, company co-founders Bonnie Kelly and Teresa Walsh started with $25 each, a love of jewelry and a dream. Six years, and hundreds of successful jewelry home shows later, Bonnie and Teresa decided to share the opportunity with others and officially launched “Silpada Designsâ€.
Today, Silpada Designs is one of the fastest growing direct selling companies in the United States with more than 30,000 independent representatives chasing their dreams.
In 2008, Silpada Designs began offering the same life-changing Silpada business opportunity to women in Canada. Just 2 years later there are 3100 Silpada representatives in Canada.
The visit to Aruba is Silpada’s second national conference for Canada, the second time all of the company Canadian representatives have been invited to come together for training, networking, jewelry showing and an Awards Ceremony, and the first incentive trip to Aruba. The representatives on this trip comprise top achievers. They have been working for the past year to earn this all-expense-paid vacation, and most of them traveled with their spouses.
