General Manager Paul Gielen invited a group of North American Meeting & Incentive Travel Executives to visit the Renaissance Marina Tower and join him for lunch at the L.G. Smith Steak & Chop House.
Following a comprehensive tour of his fully renovated resort guests enjoyed a choice of Petite Spinach Salad and Tomato Cream Soup with Fried Corn Tortilla, followed by a Mixed Combo of Grilled NV Striploin, Chicken Breast and Grouper Fillet served with Chimichuri, Cabernet Mushroom Sauce and Lemon Butter Sauce, with mashed potatoes and sautÃ©ed mushroom sides. For dessert the Sweet Finish delivered dark and white chocolate Terrine with Kaluha sauce.
The visit was orchestrated by the Aruba Convention Bureau, with the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association and the Aruba Tourism Authority, and escorted by Pamela Shepherd and Carol Daugherty, of the Aruba Convention Bureau for North America.
