Ricardo & Lariza are wed

The new Mr. & Mrs. Wever welcomed their guests in the garden of Tierra del Sol Resort, Spa and Country Club, for a wedding reception.

Martin Haselhoef, General Manager Ventanas del Mar restaurant reports the fairy-tale affair took off with a welcome Champagne toast at sunset, combined with delicious butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, such as Jumbo Shrimps Tempura served with Teriyaki Sauce, and Smoked Salmon with Herbed Cheese served on Cucumber Croutons. The cocktail was followed by an elegant dinner buffet including a Salad Bar, a Soup Station, signature entrées such as Grouper Fillet, Beef Tenderloin & Grilled Chicken Breast, all paired with interesting sides, Potato Gratin, Pasta with Tomato Vinaigrette, and chased by homemade desserts, Tiramisu, Caramel Flan & New York Cheese Cake.
