World Class Events, with General Manager Shirley Guerrero and Operations Manager Blanca Rojas, brought the representatives of their top accounts to Aruba and enjoyed a tremendous welcome reception and dinner, on the beach at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa.
The party’s spectacular beachfront location was further enhanced by the lounge decor created by ECO Destination Management Services of Aruba.
The chef’s of the Sunset Grille, the resort’s AAA Four Diamond rated restaurant dazzled guests with their culinary magic featuring Pumpkin-Fennel Pancake with Grouper Fillet, Green Papaya Salad, Lime and Cilantro followed by a Conch-Stuffed Prime Filet Mignon with Grilled Peppers and Aruban Funchi and a Caribbean Cannoli almond flute filled with passion fruit mouse for dessert.
The evening began with butler passed hors d’oeuvres of Plantain Tostones with Shredded Garlic Pork and Spicy Papaya-Lime Salsa; Cucumber Cups with Caribbean Red Snapper Ceviche; Toasted Maize CanapÃ©s with Smoked Chipotle Cream and Wild Mushrooms; Spicy Wahoo and Shrimp Fritters with Island Pineapple-Chile Dipping Sauce; and Sweet Plantain with Gouda, Lobster Claw and Anise-Vanilla Glaze.
The party was attended by the resort’s sales and marketing executives and the Aruba Tourism Authority representatives, and entertained with live music by Ricardo “Pasto” Gonzalez
