Promoting Aruba as a Tasty Vacation Destination Gerard Coste to appear as Guest Chef at The Cellar at Macy’s in New York City

The Food & Beverage Director of the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa will be traveling to NYC to promote the island of Aruba as a tasty vacation destination.  The director, a talented former executive chef,  will prepare a special Fish Dish in front of an audience of more than 50 of Macy’s shoppers demonstrating live a number of the recipes, which are not too complicated, yet can definitely be introduced into the audience’s home kitchens.

Coste will review all ingredients and teach the entire preparation while Macy’s catering team creates samples for the audience.

Incidentally, the pots, pans and dishes in use during the demonstration in Aruba’s national colors will be sold at the department store.

Additionally, Coste will be a Guest Chef at the New York Jets vs. the Miami Dolphins game, in a VIP Suite where he will entertain VIPs and dignitaries, guests of the Aruba Tourism Authority,  in the presence of the island’s Prime Minister.
