Mother’s Day was celebrated early at Amazonia Churrascaria as a group of restaurant colleagues working on Mother’s Day, got together to celebrate the occasion with great food and drink at Amazonia Churrascaria. The dynamic and colorful group hailing from a neighboring culinary establishment had a great evening cheering themselves on, before the designated formal date.
During the past few months Amazonia Churrascaria’s menu had undergone a seasonal refresh under the Get Fresh, Get Festive & Get Spoiled slogan.
In its quest for perfection, the popular Brazilian style steakhouse, added a great number of new and exciting features, all supplementing the restaurant’s already-stellar repertory.
In addition to prime cuts of choice grilled meats and a sensational 52 item fresh-ingredient salad bar, the restaurant now serves just-baked, all new homemade breads, and sinfully decadent new homemade desserts, prepared from scratch in-house. A unique new feature on the restaurant floor is the carving cart offering ocean-fresh fish carved table-side by chef Victor, which is an unusual and enthusiastically-received option. Chef Victor also carves Prime Rib to order, off a cart which frequently rolls through the dining room, as part of the new refreshed menu.
The bar menu introduced refreshing new fruity sangria and tropical caipirinha, and rounds up the list of recent innovations.
