La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club offered a spectacular holiday party to its associates at the Renaissance Convention Center. Fully decorated with shimmering fish and sparkling blue and silver table center pieces the â€œUnder the Seaâ€ ambiance carried into the dÃ©cor, providing the perfect backdrop for an elegant party emceed by Assistant General Manager Jessica Franken.
Goza Gaita entertained at the beginning of the evening while Tsunami took over after dinner was served and filled the dance floor to the wee hours.
The Renaissance Convention Center served a welcome champagne cocktail upon arrival of guests, followed by a complete holiday buffet featuring Oyster Soup, a fresh salad bar with Seafood Tempera and Red Beet Potato Salad, Honey Glazed Leg of Ham with pineapple salsa, Grilled Chicken Breast with mango salsa and interesting sides, a carving station with Beef Strip Loin, Roasted Turkey and traditional trimmings followed by a stunning array of desserts, Bolo Pruin, Bolo di Pineapple, Bolo di Chuculati and sliced tropical fruit.
