International Brand Ambassador Arturo Savage, entrusted with the whiskey portfolio of Diagio, a consumer goods giant, marketing and distributing world-famous drink brands, hosted a fantastic dinner at Texas de Brazil, featuring a very special tasting of Johnny Walker Whiskey, Red Label, Black Label, Green Label, Gold Label and Blue Label.
Dinner guests, members of the Aruban press, were privileged to sample all labels of the award-winning family of Scotch whisky, which paired nicely with the perfectly grilled meats and the abundant salad bar of the steakhouse restaurant.
A dinner highlights was the restaurant’s signature cut, the garlic Picanha, the top part of the top sirloin, marinated in Johnny Walker Black Label, just before being grilled!
The elegant party was co-hosted by Mariuccia Amaddeo and Patrick Figaroa of Romar Trading, with other members of the Romar Trading team, Betto Wernet, Gunnar Leonardo who handle Diagio on Aruba, and local Johnny Walker Brand Ambassador, the Striding Man himself, Boefie Barbour.
At the end of the evening Savage, a repeat visitor to the island, offered a special toast in honor of the Texas De Brazil restaurant team for the flawless and much-enjoyed dining experience.
