Palm Beach. — As guests aim to eat healthy and feel great, the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino introduced a vegetarian, gluten-free, organic when possible, and always 100% whole fruits and vegetables Juice Bar, at Laguna restaurant, during breakfast as an attractive add-on feature.
Fresh juicing, says General Manager Hans-Georg Roehrbein, enhances our breakfast buffet experience, and it became an immediate hit with our guests, at the already popular breakfast destination.
Simply said, the green-thumbed Martha, Beverly, Alcira and Blanca provide guests with different types of smoothies made with fresh produce, daily from 7am to 11am.
The most popular smoothies are the vegetable-dominated ones, with a generous splash of Aloe and a sprinkle of ginger.
On the best-seller menu, the Superfood yummy smoothie made with orange, pineapple, spinach, celery, cucumber, and Aloe.
Other smoothies offered are Morning Boost with spinach, blueberry, pineapple, banana and orange, Super Charge with cantaloupe, banana, green apple, pineapple, carrot and ginger; Go & Glo with ginger, parsley, cucumber, pineapple, orange and orange juice, and Jump Start made with spinach, mango, ginger, aloe and plain yogurt.
The smoothies vary every day, and in case a guest has a special smoothie request, the juicers will be happy to meet all requests with the available ingredients.
All juices offered have no additives or preservatives or processed ingredients. Instead, they’re raw, fresh, and yummy — never frozen, never pasteurized, organic where possible. The resort purchases only the finest produce and takes great pride in offering an assortment of items every day.
“We are truly delighted to create great-tasting, super-nutritious juices and smoothies,” says Roehrbein “ and if your favorite thing is not on our menu just let us know.”
