The civil ceremony was performed by official Annie Ridderstaat, as the couple was surrounded by well-wishing family members and friends.
The culinary team of the resort prepared an amazing menu, served on the open air terrace overlooking Palm Beach, against the musical backdrop of the 3SOM band.
The menu included a Tokyo sampler of Sushi and Sashimi, a delicious Clam Chowder, Grilled Baby Lamb Chops, Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, Shrimp Cocktail Skewers, Thai Chicken Skewers, a Carving Station with slow-roasted Beef Tenderloin, Middle Eastern Baba Ganoush and Beef Shish Kebob, Shoarma Pockets, Tabbouleh and Cous Cous Salad.
The Sweethearts’ Display was loaded with Cappuccino Cheese Cake, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, White Chocolate Mousse, Panna Cotta and Apple Strudel.
