Palm Beach – A Venezuelan couple, from Maracaibo, enjoyed all-white, elaborate wedding festivities in Aruba, at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, as they hosted a series of well-orchestrated events, on Pure Ocean’s beach and restaurant, this weekend.
The couple’s wedding vows were exchange in front of more that 100 invited family members and friends to live steel pan music. The traditional blessings were followed by a cocktail reception at the resort’s Sunset plaza, featuring bottomless Mimosas and an open super-premium bar.
The delicious butler passed party hors d’oeuvres included jumbo shrimp, smoked salmon canapés, ceviche shooters, prosciutto ham with melon, bacon-wrapped plantain, and cream cheese & caviar bites. The sumptuous dinner at the end of the cocktail hour offered a rich and varied salad bar, marinated and grilled flank steak, fresh mahi mahi in white wine sauce, coconut chicken breast with mango chutney, Caribbean rice, fried plantain, and assorted delectable desserts.
Guests savored their food and danced the night away with the local Tsunami band and DJ Jesse of Swing masters, also applauding the late-night soup station served to revelers in the wee-hours.
The impeccable décor and festive linens by Mosaic and the lovely flower arrangements by Koolman’s flower shop, made the total event a truly spectacular experience of a lifetime.
