The Easter Bunny will greet brunch-goers to the Grand Caribbean Ballroom, where the Easter Family Brunch will be served with live entertainment by the Sherries. While parents are enjoying a delicious, leisurely brunch kids will be entertained in a specially supervised game-room with face painting, egg hunt, and their favorite movies.
The resort culinary team dedicated half of the Grand Caribbean Ballroom to the buffet which includes a breakfast station, and an interactive omelet station where the Chef will prepare omelets to order with a variety of fillings. The food selection will include Sopi di Carni, many local and international, freshly-made, favorite salads, a seafood display with Peel ‘n’ Eat Shrimp, Aruban Ceviche and Smoked Salmon, a carving trolley with Roast Beef crusted with Larimar Herbs with Horseradish Pesto Cream or Au Jus, Gourmet Entrees such as Glazed Ham with Tropical Salsa, Local Favorite Keshi Yena, Grouper with Creole Sauce or Chimichuri, Fried Plantains, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, Arroz Morro and Macaroni and Cheese, accompanied by unlimited beverages including Champagne. For dessert, Freshly Baked Cakes, Pastries, Flan, Quesillo and Pan Bollo will conclude the experience.
The resort’s new Director of Food & Beverage Gerard Coste who was the former Executive Chef of the Westin, teamed up with the Executive Chef of the resort, Hector Espinoza, to present a fantastic culinary experience. So make reservations ahead of time, and make sure you do not miss the tremendous experience, kids under 12 are free, if accompanied by a paying adult, one kid per adult, and additional children pay very reasonable charges.
