ATCA partners sample Radisson’s Spectacular Hospitality

More than ninety guests enjoyed the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa hospitality at a spectacular dinner party hosted on the beach in honor of ATCA, the Annual Tourism Conference Aruba. Dinner guests included wholesalers and tour operators, airline executives and Aruba’s tourism representatives in the USA, including the island’s Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing agencies.

The dignitaries — with Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, Travel Impressions, Flight Center and Player’s Choice among them, discussed business at the Annual Tourism Conference Aruba which kicked off April 12 – 15.

Dedicated to the North American travel market, and co-hosted by the Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) in partnership with the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Authority (AHATA), ATCA was offered a lovely evening, orchestrated to perfection by the Radisson Banquet & Event team.

The evening started with a cocktails at Larimar Spa where guests were toured the facility and given the option to receive a mini neck and back massage. The main event took place on the beach, decorated with lounge divans and colorful pillows, set with white carpets, amid candles and fire urns, copper balls and an oversize ikebana aquarium centerpiece.

Elegant food, served family style, introduced novel and exciting dishes, conceived and prepared by executive chef Hector Espinoza and Director of Food & Beverage Gerard Coste and his culinary brigade.

On the menu, seafood appetizers including lobster wrapped in proscuitto, southwest pinwheels and asparagus vinaigrette. Main courses, heated on bricks in the center of the table included Shrimp in Ginger, giant Korubuto Pork lollipops, Seabass in Mustard Sauce, and market vegetables. The dessert introduced Alejandro the pastry chef, and his best selection of sweet sensations, to the music of the Cherries, under the starry night sky.
