At the Radisson Albert Cruz is manager of the third quarter

At the end of a recent managers’ get-together and gift exchange at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa, General Manager Rob Smith conducted an informal award ceremony praising three very-deserving managers, nominated to the Manager of the Third Quarter award.

Chef Anthony Martinus nominated by Executive Chef Hector Espinoza, Pool & Beach Manager Randell Boekhouder nominated by Food & Beverage Manager Rudy Maduro and Spa Manager Albert Cruz nominated by no less than three executives, General Manager Rob Smith, Director of Operations Bob Curtis and the Executive Assistant, Lourdes Geerman, received the applause and congratulations of their peers in gratitude for dedicating their personal resources to the resort and in appreciation of their result-oriented leadership.

The coveted title was finally earned by Albert Cruz who contributed greatly to customer and employee satisfaction at the spa as well as to substantial revenue increases.
