The biggest educational Art’s program on Aruba this summer!
Presenting a 2-week intensive “summer” workshop program in 9 Arts disciplines including, Dance, Theatre, Poetry & Rap, DJ-ing, Photography & Design, Fashion, Painting and the special 25 year independence mural project.
With more disciplines this year the Pancake Gallery Foundation strengthen their team with a former Ralph Lauren designer for the Fashion workshop, a critically acclaimed international rapper for the Rap & poetry workshop and a big screen actor and award winning poet for the Theater workshops. These are just a few of the new teachers that are on board and compliment an extraordinary team of professionals from around the world.
With these additions to the program the Pancake Gallery Foundation has also decided to extend the age group for Art Rules Aruba from 13-21 to 13-25.
With the rapid popularity and growth of Art Rules Aruba the Pancake Gallery is also putting more focus on the educational side of the workshops, stating that “this year we want to put emphasis on offering a broader curriculum for each discipline that also offers more theory and goes into depth with each workshop “. Classes will also again be offered in both San Nicolaas and Oranjestad, encouraging young-ones from all over the island to participate.
RBTT Bank Grants Art Rules Aruba Scholarships.
RBTT Bank has confirmed that it will donate scholarships to 10 students. These students will be selected based on their motivation letter. Once selected the bank will cover all the cost for the students allowing them to participate in Art Rules Aruba program for free. Registration is OPEN now!!
Registration closes on May 30th and the program fee is Afl.200/$112. This fee covers the 2 week workshop program, transportation to the classes, beverages and snacks during classes, an Art Rules Aruba T-shirt and all class materials.
