Amazonia Churrascaria introduces a la carte dining

At a recent press conference at Amazonia Churrascaria General Manager Hubert Solagnier, Assistant Restaurant Manager Carolina Raven, Chef Victor Olivares and Director of Marketing Irma Bijen, introduced press members to an additional new restaurant feature, a la carte dining.

“We are gearing up for the restaurant’s 10th anniversary,” explained Solagnier, “Almost one decade ago, when we first opened, the authentic Brazilian concept of Rodizio Steakhouse offering continuous dining became instantly popular. Today at the 10 year mark, we’re introducing a fresh and novel style of dining, namely, a la carte, available to both locals and visitors.”
”The a la carte option,” added Raven, “is designed to satisfy small eaters, and patrons with distinct menu favorites, who just wish to order a skewer or two of their preferred item.”

Effective this week, diners have more choices at Amazonia Churrascaria. They may opt for the traditional, continuous parade of gauchos, slicing more than 14 cuts of grilled beef, chicken, lamb, pork & sausage, or the new a la carte dinner option, where their favorite skewer – from Grilled Pineapple, to Parmesan Pork, Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon, Lamb Chop, or the Mixed Amazonia Skewer with tenderloin and vegetables, and the Passion Skewer with six jumbo shrimp — is delivered to the table, seasoned to perfection and slow roasted over open flame, in the restaurant’s signature style.

Both dining styles are accompanied by an extravagant forty-item, frequently changing seasonal salad bar where patrons can keep sampling until they beg for mercy, and a delicious array of tasty sides.

“While the a la carte option is new,” added Bijen, “the restaurant offers a local special on Saturday & Sunday, granting terrific value for money to local patrons.”

The last to speak at the press conference was chef Olivares who introduced the menu and saw to it that the press was treated to a generous sampling of Amazonia’s famous baby back ribs, marinated in rum and sugar cane!

With two choices, an all-inclusive feast and an a la carte delight, diners can now better tailor the Amazonia Churrascaria culinary adventure, to their liking, combined with the restaurant’s extensive award-winning Wine Spectator wine list, well stocked bar and terrific selection of Cuban cigars.
