Aruba’s most popular Brazilian-style steakhouse just added a delicious new option to its already colossal menu: Pasta Formaggio tossed by hand and flamed table-side. Pasta Formaggio appeals to kids, kids at heart, to those in search of rich flavor, and to others in a vegetarian mood. Part of the Italian cuisine, this popular dish savored across the globe is simple, and very satisfying. The velvety, smooth Formaggio is spectacularly scooped from the giant cheese wheel, having been doused in whiskey and set aflame, then served in irresistible piping-hot curls.
Pictured here the pasta chef in action. Dinners are also invited to sample from the gourmet 40-item seasonal salad bar, followed by a parade of 16 different cuts of beef, chicken, pork and lamb, grilled to perfection and carved tableside by the restaurant’s roaming gauchos. Amazonia Churrascaria is open from Monday to Saturday, from 6 pm to 11 pm, and on Sundays from 4 pm to 11 pm.
