Palm Beach – Representatives of two giant travel sites, Hotel.com & Booking.com recently visited the island to hand deliver awards of excellent to their valued hospitality partners.
The award by Hotels.com, a website for booking hotel rooms online and by telephone, one the world’s most important travel sites and a member of Expedia, Inc., scored the Hilton at 4.4 of possible 5, in satisfaction surveys among guests returning home after vacation on Aruba.
The award by Booking.com, an online accommodation booking website, a giant in the digital travel market, scored the Hilton at 8.4 of possible 10, in satisfaction surveys among guests returning home after vacation on Aruba.
The awards were accepted by Jaap van Dam on behalf of management. Van Dam thanked Hotel.com and Booking.com for the acknowledgement and praised his colleagues and coworkers for a job well done, since the Hilton International takeover of the resort in July 2015.
