After competing with nine other participants from the Netherlands and USA at RiuPalace Antillas, Jason from Scotland earned the win with his wife coming in right behind him taking second place. Carving both the front and back of his pumpkin, Jason showed creativity, skill and intricate detail.
Another group joined the contest at RiuPalace Aruba, comprised of guests and children from Brazil, Argentina, USA, and Ireland. The event drew in spectators and photographers to capture the friendly competition. At the end of the day, a winner was chosen and Sebastian from Argentina took home first prize.
Riu Palace Aruba and Riu Palace Antillas made sure everyone was a winner at the exciting event. Every child received prizes and painted pumpkins and adult competitors received T-Shirts, spa massages, sunset cruises, and of course, rum punch.
