Noord – Over lunch at Sweet Peppers, members of management at Caribbean Palm Village Resort thanked Isel Kock for her excellent contributions to the resort over the past ten years.
Isel started in the maintenance fee department in charge of collections and accounts receivables. She had a solid accounting background before joining the company having worked at the Renaissance Aruba Resort & at Casa del Mar Resort in the accounting department as a general cashier and an account receivables/payables agent.
The job takes a great degree of finess and understanding says Interim General Manager Astrid Muller as Isel deals with members who sometimes fall behind on payments yet she does anything in her power to hug and hold them, so that the resort never loses any of its members, maintaining excellent relationships with members regardless of their finances.
Isel who raised two daughters now dedicates much time to her graddaughter, happy to be a grandmother, and baby-sit often. In her spare time she also goes to the gym and to the movies, and enjoys an occasional good red wine.
