Hemradj Mulai, is first place winner of the SA championships

DSC00925Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is proud to announce that Hemradj Mulai, on the team at Total Fitness, won first place in the Bantam Weight Category at the South American Bodybuilding Championship, which took place last weekend in Lima, Peru.

He will also be competing in Aruba for the upcoming championship event on Saturday night, in the Mr. Aruba 2009, National Bodybuilding Championship, this time in the Lightweight category.

While it was Hemradj’s first international title, he is a veteran body builder, recognized as #8 in the world and well on his way to the top of the sport.

When asked about his routine Hemradj reveals it includes a cardio session between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., a regular work schedule as a personal trainer at Total Fitness, then about one and a half hours of Gym workout and another hour-long cardio session, with small meals interspersed, and plenty of rest, no parties, no late night adventures.

It’s a strict regime, he agrees, and he has been totally committed to body building for the past 4 months in preparation for competition, but since he plans on becoming the world’s #1, all the sacrifices are well worth it.

Wendy Lacle and Rene Wild are pictured here with him, two of Aruba’s most-knowledgeable fitness gurus, they are Hemradj work colleagues at Total Fitness and are proud of his achievements.
