A new billboard on Palm Beach proudly welcomes the South Beach Centre, heralding the arrival of the new, still under-construction center which will be offering locals and visitors a compelling selection of fun fashion stores and dining options at the heart of the high-rise resort area.
The new center adds a unique architectural character to Palm Beach, enhancing the already available services and making a prominent and visible contribution to the hotel strip.
As shown above in the illustration, the center is made up of two individual buildings, aesthetically inter-connected with a beautiful Plaza, boasting both retail space and gourmet dining, creating a very attractive, contemporary destination.
The full height of the glass facades, awards tenants improved visibility from the L.G. Smith boulevard, and the resort boardwalk and the modular columnar design allows each tenant to shape and size their retail and dining environment according to their own particular needs.
Beautifully landscaped seating clusters will occupy the surrounding perimeter offering a welcoming tropical ambiance, any time of the day and night.
The current tenant roster of the South Beach Center includes some of the best known and most desirable restaurants and retail outlets from the USA, Europe, and Aruba.
While building #1 will be open for business in October 2008, building #2 is gearing up for completion in November 2008, just in time for the Winter high-season.
A few remaining spaces are still available for select retailers looking to be a part of what will undoubtedly become the hot-spot of Palm Beach.
The South Beach Centre Tenant Development professionals are available to meet with prospective tenants and review their specific requirements, while assisting them in planning a new and exciting home for their business.
