Just recently on Dia di Betico, Cool Casino staged a celebration in honor of the Father of the Aruban Nation. The casino invited Grupo Di Betico, to play on the gaming floor, on the occasion of Aruba’s National Day. Betico, a famous local politician who master-minded the island’s special status within the Dutch Kingdom, was one of the founders of the band, and he loved to perform with his family members and friends during holidays and in gatherings, at the hospitals, old folk homes, and public places. The band continues to play wonderful folkloric and regional music with the same joy and enthusiasm, which inspired casino players at Cool Casino to kick up their heels and dance.
Cool Casino offers live music on many special occasions, and featured Zeta Band just recently, as well as another local combo X-Change.
