Wine Maker Alejandra Vallejo spent most-enjoyable two hours with a group of local Food & Beverage professionals at a Wine Seminar featuring Concha & Toro wines, including the top ranking Don Melchior. All participants received certificates of completion having broadened their wine-knowledge.
The wine-maker’s audience appreciated the presentation and the tasting made possible by Romar Trading, co-organizing the Aruba Wine Extravaganza at the resort.
On Friday, the Marques Wine Dinner will unfold at the Grand Caribbean Ballroom showcasing the ultimate creations of executive chef Hector Espinoza, presenting a four-course dinner, paired with exclusive Marques de Casa Concha wines, distributed on the island by Romar Trading.
