A very entertaining managers’ outing was organized by Angelique Croes, Human Resources Manager at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa in honor of the resort’s hard-working managers.
The outing to the Paintball Park in Barcadera served a double purpose, as a fun social gathering as well as an award ceremony.
The fun part was easy. Dressed in camouflage combat suits, and armed with paintball guns, the Radisson executives formed two teams, and played four games chasing each other shooting marking pellets, while attempting to protect their flag station.
Henri Barrau reports that while the games did not result in a clear win, the teams had a lot of fun playing DMW, Dead Man Walking, and strategizing behind barricades in their paintball gear.
Between games, the award ceremony recognized Lisa Dammerman as Manager of the Quarter. Dammerman, the resort’s Weddings Specialist received a handsome plaque from General Manager Rob Smith, thanking her for her excelling performance, her “Yes, I Can Attitude” and her dedication to quality service. The Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa enjoyed a busy summer, with a great number of couples tying the knot here while Dammerman took care of all details with the outmost attention. “Brides simply love Lisa,” says Arianne Valentino the resort’s Director of Sales & Marketing.
Runner up Henri Barrau, the resort’s Director of Security was also recognized for his tireless efforts and for valuable contributions to his department and the resort.
