On the eve of the restaurant’s 10th anniversary, Amazonia Churrascaria continues to serve the local community, hosting parties big and small. General Manager Hubert Solagnier reports that on any given night Amazonia Churrascaria continues to cater to local businesses delivering over 40 frequently-changing salads on the salad bar, and 15 types of grilled meats, served by a team of waiters who are entertainers as well as carvers.
