Romance Night on Wednesday at Mr Jazz was enchanting with the charismatic Sharon Rose on stage for her second scheduled performance. Her last concert will be next Wednesday, December 9th, and fans are urged to make reservations for that popular night ahead of time.
Famous Aruban singer Sharon Rose, in possession of a warm and seductive voice delivered a fantastic program. Diners, among them Padu del Caribe, the father of Aruba’s culture, and his daughter Vivian Lampe, enjoyed the club’s delightful Cuban-Aruban cuisine, from 6:30 to 11 p.m., while watching Rose entertain. Her three-set show, from 8 to 11 p.m. included many local favorites and Mr Jazz combined the music with a complimentary champagne toast for couples and a beautiful rose, for the ladies. Wednesdays at Mr Jazz present a great opportunity to celebrate anniversaries, honeymoons or simply love.
Also enjoying the food, music and ambiance a group of 27 Colegio Arubano students with their mentor Ms Hernandez, booked for an early Christmas dinner; second time visitors Byron Dee and Carey, staying at Divi Resorts from North Carolina, and the Fazio, Lena, Tripaldi and Kaether families, staying at Marriot Ocean Club, coming to Aruba each year for the past nine, loving every moment, including each other’s company!
