Famed Ventanas del Mar restaurant closed for renovations this week for a period of five to six weeks. The restaurant at Aruba’s Tierra Del Sol, Golf Resort, Country Club & Spa is a great favorite among locals and visitors featuring continental cuisine with a tropical twist, served in an elegant indoor dining room, or on the wraparound terrace overlooking the golf course and the California lighthouse.
Patrons may look forward to a new look as well as novel flavors. Executive chef Jim Roosman is working on a contemporary Caribbean & French menu to perfectly blend country club dining in a casual yet sophisticated ambiance with breathtaking views of the California lighthouse and dramatic northwest coat.
Food & Beverage Manager Martijn Haselhoef will be conducting staff food & wine training and expects it all to come together for an early November opening.
