La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club held an engaged and engaging associate meeting just recently with resort executives Joe Najjar, Pierre Kock, Jessica Franken, and Tessely Koolman taking turns in updating their colleagues on the goings-on of their departments. With the resort under renovations, wall to wall, and floor to ceiling, the face-lift, says General Manager Joe Najjar, requires improved communication and inter-departmental collaboration, and most of all much-enthused associates driving the project together.
