Romar Trading conducted an informative afternoon at L.G. Smith’s Steak & Chop House to further enhance wine & food pairing knowledge among members of management and staff. Wine expert Clive Faustin lead an engaged and interested group through a series of tastings, suggesting perfect combinations with many of the restaurant’s delectable dishes.
