One of the biggest strings of firecrackers on Palm Beach was that of Amazonia Churrascaria and Aqua Grill stopping traffic all the way to Eagle Beach as staff and management sent the old year out with a bang, with hundreds of thousands of celebration firecrackers.

General Manager Hubert Solagnier of Amazonia Churrascaria and Shirley Barrow of Aqua Grill enjoyed the distinct honor of uncoiling the firecrackers and igniting the fuse, sending 2008 into history.
