The sun was setting over the Savaneta waterfront and famed Brisas Del Mar restaurant was aglow with the last ray of sunshine, at Happy Hour Friday, entertaining Marriott staff members and a number of locals who dropped in for an hour of intense relaxation.

Delicious homemade snacks were circulated by the helpful staff as Bito and the Boys played their steel pans. Among memorable mouthfuls Seared Tuna, Gratinated Lobster in Hollandaise Sauce, which is a signature Brisas del Mar delicacy, Gazpacho with a touch of pica, Gambas al Ajillo, a unique Chaud-Froid soup of Pineapple and Pepper, Marinated Mushrooms and Cranberry Soup accompanied by Duck Fritters with Curry Mayonnaise.
The Marriott staffers had a wonderful time in the theater of endless sunsets, relaxing and unwinding with their friends.
