The Annual Aruba Wine, Food & Art Festival in its fourth edition attracted many locals and tourists to the first evening’s event in the Grand Ballroom of the Westin Aruba Resort.

More than 60 wineries from around the world presented, offering delicious chilled wines which combined very well with the resort’s culinary fireworks.

The Westin’s culinary team with Executive Chef Gerard Coste in the lead, set up an exhibition kitchen in the middle of the ballroom serving carved to order Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Seafood Chowder, Cheese Canapés, Bamboo Brochettes with Italian Salami and Marinated Olives, Seaweed Topped with Marinated Yellow Fin Tuna, Mini Sate Béarnaise Sauce, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Mini Quesadillas, Sautéed Pago Pago Coconut Shrimp, Pastries and Fruit Tartlets, Chocolate Truffles and Mini White Chocolate Domes.
